Art of Resiliency INC is a 501c3 nonprofit organization running a curated mentorship platform for teenage girls to bring about a strong hope of positive change in this pessimistic world. We believe in living life to the fullest by not waiting for the right things to happen but making them happen because dreams are the seedlings of reality. We are a team of unshakable optimists dedicated to overdeliver our promises with absolute genuineness and honesty and want to make the powerful girls in this world see and feel the light inside them. We help them rediscover their voice and take charge of their lives. We are behavioral enthusiasts and, therefore, working for the empowerment of an upcoming generation of strong women. We strongly believe that every individual is bestowed with a unique persona and withholds an individual potential that needs to be felt by oneself and seen by the world. We foster to rejuvenate the lives of those struggling with emotional trauma through the power of emotional resilience. We intend to light the lost spark of faith and help them overcome all their insecurities and fear to protect them against all adversities and eliminate barriers they may be struggling with, such as bullying, self-confidence, lifestyle skills, and healthy relationships. We work hand in hand to unveil all possible challenges and prepare to face the worst. We are longing to go an extra mile each moment, each day with a leap of faith stronger than ever by teaching all the girls the reality of life and turning them into believers.
For teenage girls aged between 14-18 years. The program will offer weekly structured mentoring sessions & workshops/seminars focusing on the activities:
* Support group for teen girls to discuss pertinent topics.
* Self-empowerment and enrichment program focusing on education, leadership, wellness, self-image, and healthy relationships.
* Self-development program to build character life skills and social etiquette and promote positive self-esteem through education about health, career preparation, social & business etiquette.
The program will allow young girls to engage freely with older female role models, thus creating the immense potential for growth, acceptance, and support. Discussions and forums focusing on issues facing young girls (e.g., body image, leadership, self-esteem ) will be held weekly (every Sunday) to inspire the girls and show them that they can be all they hope to be.
The program will involve supporting the girls to make friends, develop social and life skills and access the community.
